Does a workpiece always have to be taken to the machine? In some cases, this is not even possible. Especially with very large workpieces, the transportation cost is extremely high and the availability of stationary machines with adequate size is limited. The solution is a portable machining system that offers both, the power and the precision of a stationary machine.

- Fabricated cross rail design to reach highest rigidity
- Heavy Duty Milling Head consisting of an octagonal quill with 4 backlash free adjustable guideways. Milling spindle with precision bearing system. Gearbox with hardened and ground gears for durability and high drive power.
- Hardened and ground rails for bed and cross rail. Precision saddles with adjustable gibs for backlash-free operation. Mating surfaces coated with SKC3 coating to lower coefficient of friction and to increase the load carrying capacity.
